TETHEROW
A premier golf course resort in the Pacific NW, Tetherow hired Simplicity to build a neighborhood of vacation homes within the resort community. These multi-bedroom vacation rental homes, called Cairn, provided Tetherow the diversity of appealing to visiting groups and families. Simplicity was able to customize the vacation homes to seamlessly dovetail in to the existing resort master plan, delivering high-end luxury finishes the Tetherow guests have come to expect.
